Costa Mesa also features world-class shopping and dining at South Coast Plaza, as well as spectacular productions at the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Our city motto is "City of The Arts." With the Pacific Ocean and its beautiful beaches only a mile away, Costa Mesa is truly a destination location.
The mission of the men and women of the Costa Mesa Police Department is to prevent or reduce crime and to improve the quality of life in the City of Costa Mesa. To accomplish this mission, we recognize the need to efficiently and effectively communicate information as well as receive information from those we serve.
